The following year, LEGIS BOOKS published a Macmillan Free Press reprint of the acclaimed history of the nuclear test site: Under the Cloud: The Decades of Nuclear Testing. That same year, Two-Sixty Press was created primarily to publish non-technical work. Eventually, however, Two-Sixty took over the publication of not only the non-technical material like Under the Cloud, but the technical as well.

In 2000 these works were followed by technical book., The U.S. Atlas of Nuclear Fallout Vol I: Total Fallout. Volumes III, V, and a General reader Edition were published in 2001 and 2002. Second editions are scheduled for publication in 2006. Other technical publications as well as white papers on nuclear monitoring were published in 2005.
